Innarah Skincare Review and Giveaway!

Innarah Heading

When Innarah contacted me to try out their skincare line, as always, I first hopped on to my computer and did a little research to see if it is something that not only I would be interested in but you (my readers) as well. My initial reaction was Shock! As my mouth laid open and my eyes opened wide I could not believe the cost of these products! My initial thought was that this was not something I was interested in as I wouldn’t pay that much for skincare. Then as most of us woman do, I started to analyze and over analyze and this is the conclusion I came to….

The truth is, I do pay that much for skincare! My counters and cupboards are jammed packed with products that I have purchased in hopes that it will be the next miracle worker, but in most cases, as we are all too aware of is that most of these products fall short of their miracle claims and we move on to the next hyped up product. It’s a vicious cycle and I will admit that I have fallen hard into this trap 😦 If I were to add up these products that lay half empty in a sea of the forgotten and simply purchased one skincare line that truly worked, regardless of the cost, I know I would come out ahead!

So I decided to give Innarah a shot. I have been using the following products for 5 weeks and this is my review…

Treatment Solution ~ $150.00USD

innarah Treatment Solution

Claimed Benefits

Hydrates skin
Stimulates skin renewal
Exfoliates dead skin cells
Leaves skin looking healthy

Sight, Smell & Texture

This is a clear water like fluid with a slight essential oil smell to it.

Victoria’s Impression

This is Innarah’s ‘Toner’. It actual bothered me a bit that they don’t market it as such. I had to look it up in order to gain this understanding and I feel as though when you pick up a product, you should know what it is!
Apply this treatment to a cotton pad and swipe across your face after cleansing.
As a toner, this definitely did its job. It exfoliated and hydrated nicely. Was I over the top Wowed by this product? Not really.

Eye Treatment Crème Ultra-Hydrating ~ $150.00USD

Innarah Eye

Claimed Benefits

Instantly smooths the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Helps to strengthen the connective tissue around the delicate orbital eye area while it firms the skin.
Helps reduce the appearance of under eye puffiness and dark circles.
Provides an immediate brightening effect.
Protects the skin against chronic inflammation.

Sight, Smell & Texture

This Eye cream is very light and smooth in texture. It is a thin white, odorless cream.

Victoria’s Impression

This product goes a long way! You only need a rice sized amount for each eye, if even that much.
I am an eye cream junkie. I suffer from dark circles and need a ton of hydration under my eyes as they dry out really quickly and since I wear a lot of makeup under my eyes to cover the dark circles, once my eyes dry out, they look horrible! My makeup will fall into the lines under my eyes and then dry up and well…it’s not a pretty sight!
How did this eye cream fair?…I LOVE IT! It is so hydrating and it keeps under my eyes hydrated all day! No more cakey, flakey makeup mess! I do think that it has help my dark circles fade a bit as I find I am using less concealer. I’m not too sure about the Instant smoothing affect, however, my fine lines and wrinkles are certainly getting better. I would highly recommend this product!!!

Line Smoothing Treatment Sèrum ~ $175.00USD

Innarah line serum

Claimed Benefits

Repairs and protects skin from environmental challenges
Combats chronological aging
Dramatically firms and tones the skin
Brightens skin instantly
Smooths the appearance of lines and wrinkles

Sight, Smell & Texture

This product is different than most serums…it is white, thin, and a little foamy?? This is an odorless product, but it does have a slight ‘cream’ smell to it.

Victoria’s Impression

This Serum applies nicely and soaks into the skin quickly. This serum definitely won me over! It actually does smooth the appearance of lines and wrinkles! The lines on my forehead are noticeably reduced. My makeup applies much nicer as it isn’t falling into those lines and I am absolutely thrilled!
I give this Product 3 thumbs up!…because 2 just isn’t enough 🙂

JO2Compound Hyper-Oxygenated Crème ~ $250.00USD

Innarah J02

Claimed Benefits

Brings essential oxygen to oxygen depleted skin.
Decongests skin after daily sunscreen use.
Brightens and evens skin tone.
Reduces the appearance of dark spots due to sun exposure, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation.

Sight, Smell & Texture

This moisturizer has a fluffy almost whipped texture. It’s pretty cool actually. There is definitely no added fragrance in this product but it kind of smells like the dentist to me!

Victoria’s Impression

Again with the odd naming convention! In layman’s terms, this is a moisturizer. I was super excited to try out this product because I have dehydrated skin. Not to be confused with dry skin. This moisturizer claims it can be used by all skin types for day and night time use. I have oily skin and found it much to heavy for day time wear so I used it only as part of my night time routine. In the mornings I find my skin is very soft and hydrated. I could see the results of this cream as far as evening out my skin tone as the weeks past. I would recommend this product to anyone with hyperpigmentation issues.

Defense Masque ~ $125.00USD

Innarah Mask

Claimed Benefits

Deep cleans skin
Detoxifies skin
Oxgenates skin

Sight, Smell & Texture

This Mask is a light greenish, gray color with a smooth sponge like texture. It smells like a clay mask…go figure!

Victoria’s Impression

This mask is Phenomenal! It does everything it claims to do! It is very powerful so I would suggest doing a spot treatment before applying to your whole face especially if you have sensitive skin. They recommend leaving it on for 30 mins for Oily skin people like myself, but I found that 15mins was plenty enough for me! They don’t list in the benefits that it exfoliates, but it does, and it does a great job!

~ Victoria’s Verdict ~

Over the coarse of the 5 weeks that I have been using this skincare line, my skin has definitely improved. I can’t really put my finger on it, but my skin just looks…Nice. It looks fresh and Glowy! I know I gave the toner a semi poor review, but the truth is, that maybe without the toner the rest of the products wouldn’t have worked as great as they did?! I would recommend Innarah to those looking to revive their skin, and for anti-aging purposes. And if you shrieked at the cost like I did, think about all the money you’ve thrown away on products that didn’t work and give Innarah a try because for me…it well surpassed my expectations!

  1. I’m not getting my correct entries. I am at 40 of 40 even though I retweet almost everyday (10 entries a day) – you can see from my tweets – plus there are all the other shouldn’t be a number ending in 0 at all. Can you tell me if somewhere else it gives my true entries? Thanks!

  2. I don’t ever want to think about how much my beauty/skincare budget is like 😛 Sephora is just too alluring sometimes… I was just reading about Vain Pursuits actually, pink on the cheek blog has a pretty good review

  3. Wow great post, super thorough 🙂 I’m interested in the eye cream! Been looking for one lately… Have you heard of Vain Pursuits btw? They’re also in skincare I think!

  4. Oh this sounds sooo good! I think I wouldn’t want to add up what I spend on beauty products/skin care because I might be horrified! This really sounds amazing though and I actually don’t mind spending on something that actually works or does what it says 🙂
