Love at first sight! Lise Watier has hit yet another home run with this Stunning Winter Collection they are calling Aurora.
So here I sit trying to come up with something unique to write about these products…But the truth is, is that the company has described them with such accurate detail that I am for once at a loss for words. The colors are amazing, no one could possibly disagree with that. The pigmentations, textures and application of the items are just as described.
If you are looking for long lasting, high quality cosmetics that never disappoint, then look no further…
This palette of cream-powder eyeshadows, nestled in a gorgeous, sparking compact, features six shades with finishes that go from matte to metallatic. Their ultra-pigmented and long-lasting formula offer looks with endless possibilities. The creme-powder texture allows a sheer or an opaque application. ~Lise Watier
This palette is perfect for those holiday parties! Go bold with the plum or navy shade or classic with the brown and gold. Whichever you choose, you are sure to be a show stopper in these metallic colors.
These metallic eyeshadows feature the Wet & Dry formula. The dual-colour micro-beads contained in the powder capture and reflect glints of colour that change with the light. Apply dry for a sheerer effect or moistened for more intense colour. Their incredible texture and ultra-pigmented formula will emphasize your eyes. ~Lise Watier
BEAUTIFUL!!! I absolutely love when you have the option to use wet or dry and these truly are remarkable either way. This eyeshadow comes in two colors, the one pictured above as well as a dark blue color. This metallic formula includes shimmer for an ultra luxurious look!
This illuminating powder is perfect for adding a touch of luminosity to the T zone of the face and neckline. The blend of iridescent rose, brown and gold tones adds a subtle and luminous glow to your cheeks. ~Lise Watier
This is a highly pigmented highlighter so less is more in this case. Personally I wouldn’t use it on my t-zone as I have oily skin and would NEVER try to emphasize that, however, when used above my cheekbones this adds an amazing glow with a hint of shimmer. I don’t think I would wear this during the day but as a night-life highlighter this will definitely make a fabulous statement! When applied, the color is more true to a light a pink.
This long-lasting, velvety-textured matte eyeliner can be applied inside or outside the lid line, adding instant intensity to your gaze. ~Lise Watier
Color liners are super trendy right now and this one is on the top of my list! It’s deep indigo color pairs perfectly with the the Aurora eyeshadows. This pencil also has a smudge brush on the opposite end! Bonus!
A soft-textured eyeliner pencil that glides smoothly over the eye contour for a perfectly defined line. ~Lise Watier
I have been using this on the outer corners of my eyes and it makes them POP! Super easy to apply as the formula contains vitamins E to create that smooth texture.
This eyeliner’s soft, high-precision brush tip is perfect for contouring the eye with metallic highlights that change colour in different lights. The iridescent colour spectrum shifts from violet to copper. ~Lise Watier
Ummm…Violet to cooper? Could it get any more glam than that?! I may have to stock up on this liner 🙂
This cream blush sculpts and enhances the cheeks for an instant healthy glow effect. ~Lise Watier
First of all, I must be honest and tell you that I have a cream blush obsession so I think that categorizes me in the expert department 😮 The thing I love most about this blush is that it doesn’t try too hard. It gives you a natural glow which is important when going bold on the eyes or lips as you don’t want to draw too much attention away from those areas.
I have been using this blush everyday since I got it!
An unparalleled comfort, a sensation almost imperceptible, a lipstick that glides on the lips and leaves them incredibly soft and luminous. In addition, a shiny film reflects the light to perfection for a sensational mirror effect. ~Lise Watier
The Rouge Fondant Lipsticks have been around forever and with every new collection comes a new color. They are probably the softest lipsticks I have ever worn. I get so excited every season to see what new color will be coming out and with the Aurora collection came this vibrant Fushia called Stella and I am over the top thrilled about that! In addition to the collection, ‘Emma’ was born. A perfect cherry red.
With its light-up cap, this non-sticky hydrating gloss makes touch-ups easy at any time of the day or night. Offered in the Pantone colour of the year shade. ~Lise Watier
Fun! Fun! Fun! A light up gloss with a mirrored edge is perfect for quick touch ups on the go. Again with the Fushia!!! Thank you Lise Watier 🙂
Multifunction Powder Brush (Fan Brush)
I will be the first to admit that I don’t reach for a fan brush too often. However, for the sake of this review, I have been using this brush everyday for the past couple of weeks and have really grown to love it! I have been using it to apply highlighter just above my cheekbones and it puts it exactly where I want it in one quick swoop! The bristles are soft but with plenty of density so it doesn’t fall out of shape when applying. So far, it has not shed a single little hair 🙂
I was unable to locate this Brush on the Lise Watier website on it’s own for purchase, however, it does seem to be a part of what looks to be a very good set! Click Here to see the 5 piece set valued at $69.00CAD.
