Summer is finally here! Yay! But with the sun and the heat comes dry, sweaty, oily skin! Take a look at my 5 must have facial sprays for summer to ensure you are always prepared for what your skin throws at you!
PREP
Younique Refreshed Rose Water ~ $29.00USD
Spray this natural wonder on clean skin to add hydration and subtract redness and oil. Apply before makeup to prep your skin. Rose water is a fabulous pick me up for dehydrated, tight and uncomfortable skin. This product will not disrupt your makeup so go ahead and spray your little heart out throughout the day to keep your skin feeling refreshed!
PRIME
Skindinavia Makeup Primer Spray Oil Control ~$35.00CAD
OMG! I cannot say enough good things about this primer! A quick spritz after your daily moisturizer will keep your makeup looking flawless and pore free all day. It controls the oil in your skin so you can rest assured that you wont look like a melted candle after a few hours
FIX
Make Up For Ever Mist and Fix ~ $35.00CAD
Don’t let the hot sun ruin you makeup! With this fix spray, your makeup will last all day!
MOISTURE
Clinique Moisture Surge Face Spray ~$27.00CAD
This is my go-to moisture spray for summer. I pick one up every time I am at the duty free heading to a sunny destination. Spray as needed throughout the day to keepΒ skin hydrated as the hot sun, beach and pool water draw out all of the moisture. Way easier to use than a tub of moisturizer when lounging pool side π
BALANCE
Caudalie Beauty Elixir ~$19.00CAD
Give your skin a quick re-balance as this elixir does it all! Part-toner, part-serum and a mist of essential oils and plant active ingredients will smooth your skin, tighten your pores, and provide an instant burst of radiance, as it stimulates microcirculation.
Cheers, Victoria!

I’ve heard great things about Youniques rose water and just haven’t spend the $ to do anything about it. I struggle with blackheads and ginormous pores the size of Texas so I am waiting to hear what fixes that…
I just sampled make up forever’s photo finish primer and I am loving that! A spray primer..: haven’t heard of that. How evenly does it apply?

The primer spray essentially applies the same way a makeup fix spray does. It absorbs into the skin rather than adding a layer of silicone (which I love) so the application does apply fairly evenly if you spray all over as you don’t have to worry about having too much in one spot.
The Rose water is fab!!! Spend the money! It’s worth it!!
What is your skincare regime like? I am going to assume you have oily skin from what you have said. Have you tried glycolic acid products? Excellent choice for blackheads and pores.

The Younique Rose Water can be use with their pigment eyeshadow to make cream shadows. The cream shadows create a darker, more saultry look. Also, at Halloween the same concept can be used and while the cream is still wet, you can place sparkles on it. It has many application!
There are 5 reviews of great products! Have fun!

Awesome! Since you just have a small bottle, definitely save it until a pool, beach day! You know how dry and tight your face gets when out in the sun and water like that…It’s a life saver for that!

I do like MACs fix+ as well, however I find the spray bottle to be cheaply made and always ends up breaking before i’m done with it. Plus, I prefer the way the MUFE mists. Have you tried the Clarins setter? I don’t use it too often because you get very little for the price so I would rather have it on display than use it as it the bottle is adorable! haha.
