Condition Before You Shampoo With TRESemme!

TRESemme Beauty Full Volume Review

Have you always wanted luxurious, voluminous, bouncy and brilliantly smooth hair? With the new Beauty-Full Volume Collection from TRESemme you can now have that hair you have always lusted after. The secret?…they have created an expert formula where you condition before you shampoo!!

I know, I know…When I first received the new TRESemme Beauty-Full Volume Collection, I was a tad skeptical on this whole condition before you shampoo thing too! I mean it’s obsured right? It goes against everything we have ever done and been taught and quite possibly defies the laws physics!

While many thing rushed through my mind when I first hopped in the shower to try out this new reverse system, my main concern was that my hair would come out a giant tangled mess by not having the conditioner as the final step. I just couldn’t comprehend how this all works and quite honestly, I still don’t truly understand it, but now that I have used it, I don’t need to understand it because it works. It works like a dream and that is enough for me!

TRESemme Beauty-Full Volume Collection Review

The first step is the TRESemme Beauty-Full Volume Pre-Wash conditioner. It is a light weight conditioner that is extremely soft the moment it is applied to the hair. It claims that it binds to the cuticle to protect the hair during washing.

Now that we have conditioned, it’s time for the shampoo! The TRESemme Beauty-Full Volume Shampoo feels very luxurious. It is very smooth and iridescent in texture and lathers up extremely well. It is formulated with Fleximax Volumizers helping to control static and infusing your hair with Volume. Shampooing after you condition allows you to wash away the weight of the conditioner creating volume and bounce to your hair.

tresemme-beauty-full-volume-maximizer-reviewI also gave the TRESemme Beauty-Full Volume Hair Maximizer a try. It’s a leave in volumizer that claims to create volume and softness without weighing down your hair or leaving it stiff and sticky. It is a light weight cream that easily blends into the hair.

As I mentioned earlier, I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! My hair is full of volume, even at the roots! It is soft and shiny and I had absolutely no problems combing through my wet hair! My wet hair felt smooth, just as if I had conditioned last.

The leave in maximizer brought my hair to the next level! While it is not needed, it definitely added even more volume and softness without any residue.

For those of you tired of flat, lifeless hair, this is the solution! Give it a try, and I promise you wont be disappointed!

Have you tried Conditioning before Shampooing? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences! Comment bellow and lets chat 🙂

  1. Interesting idea. I have not tried the new Tresemme products but I’ve enjoyed many of theirs in the past. It’s my very favorite Hairspray. I think I will look into this further. Thanks for a great review.

    • Me too! My hair is just a mess naturally. Some curly spots, some wavy, straight, and a lot of frizz! Usually to get it tame I have to seriously weigh it down but with this system my hair is light, bouncy and manageable! I’m so excited I have found it!

  3. I have been using these products for about a month. I have naturally curly hair that I usually straighten. It does work wonders. I use the mousse and hair spray as well. Another great product by TRESemme. Can’t beat the price either. I bought mine at Ulta, and between manufacturers coupons and Ulta coupons, I paid $15 for four products.
